For the second big shake up Google’s commerce this year, it announced a major initiative to attract Amazon’s merchants with No Commissions for Sellers Using Its Shopping Platform. According to Google, it will roll out first in the U.S., and then toward international launches later this year and in 2021.

Amazon is expanding its product range by taking its first foray into the world of car and bike insurance. Initially launching in India Amazon will be partnering with Acko General Insurance to offer low-cost insurance deals with the added benefit of special offers for Prime members.
