What Is Ad Rank
What is Google Ad Rank?
Ad Rank is Google Ads’ way of scoring ads according to determine the order of competing ads on Google’s SERP (Search Engine Results Page). A very low ad rank may cause the ad not to be shown on Google’s search results.
The position of the ad on Google’s search results depends on the position of each keyword included in the ad, which is determined by your bid for that keyword or ad group multiplied by the matched keyword’s Quality Score.
Your Ad Rank score is composed of 5 key factors which help Google to determine the quality and relevance of your ad: Ad/Landing Page Quality, User Search Context, Ad Rank Thresholds, Ad Extensions and Ad Formats and The AdRank Formula.
