Our stretching classes are different from other stretching apps.

We use active stretches, muscle activation exercises, and muscle and fascia release techniques, not static stretching. Static stretching has been shown to increase injury risk and decrease performance.

Most of our stretching classes are 10-20 minutes in length so that you can get your stretch in and get on with your day.

The classes in our multi-week progressive programs are typically 20-60 minutes in length.

Mobility significantly improved

As a child I was a gymnast and really learned about my body and how it moves. My best workouts as an adult were in my 40s where I came across a physical therapy based workout program. But I moved away and now in my 60s, even though still active my joints and mobility showed some fatigue. I was really excited when 4 months ago I came across Movement Vault. The paid version is worth every penny. I just completed 111 days of daily workouts right after rolling out of bed in the morning and my body feels great. I can touch the floor when bending forward again, which I wasn’t able to do for my whole adult life I was so tight. My hips are feeling great even after 8-mile hikes and 165 miles of walking a month. And my shoulders are feeling strong and with greater reach when I swim my laps multiple times a week. I was disappointed when I was off the grid for 4 days and couldn’t do MV. But I’m back at it and loving it. Highly recommend. One of the very few apps I use every day. Thank you Dr. Grayson. You have made a huge difference in my life. PS. My daughter is loving the app too!

We have a saying that an effective proactive and preventative active stretching routine is just like brushing your teeth. Stretching is joint maintenance, just as brushing your teeth is tooth maintenance. We don't wait until we have a cavity to start brushing our teeth. In the same way we shouldn't wait to start stretching until our joints are extremely tight and we are dealing with pain. My foot is so much better

About 10 weeks ago I ran a half marathon and could literally not walk by the end of it because of plantar fasciitis in one foot. I heard a podcast about this app and so signed up on the spot (paid version because I wanted everything). Since then I have completed the 8 week plantar fasciitis program and do the daily flows 4-5 days a week. My foot is so much better! I take that first step in the morning and I feel nothing! I reduced running a lot and also switched to a zero drop shoe, which may have helped. But the thing it’s not just my foot that’s better. Everything is better. I resumed track work about 3 weeks ago and am running faster than ever and nothing hurts! It’s like all my joints are just so happy (I’m in my 50s so this is a big deal). I cannot recommend this app enough, and the paid version is so worth the money. I’m excited to see how they expand it in the future - would love some more exercises with weights.

OUTSTANDING RESULTS

This is the best app I have ever used and look forward to the workouts. I am 52, have chronic muscle pain from hyper mobility and am not very physically fit. This is the only program that has quickly targeted areas that I have had poor mobility and pain for years. I now hurt less and have been able to increase my exercise regimen without pain. Workouts are less than 20 min and challenging, so I am more likely to follow through. My daughter is a dancer and has also used the app with great results for hip opening and flexibility and she regularly sees a PT and has had equally, if not better, results with Movement Vault.

As you may know, static stretching can make hyper mobile joints even worse. This is why we only incorporate active stretching and muscle activation exercises, which are the most effective ways to improve hypermobility and improve over all joint mobility and stability. In addition to our new active stretching daily classes, we also have an 8-week hypermobility program. Stay consistent and you will continue to feel and move at your best.
